We will aim to deliver your order within 14 days of you placing it with us. You will be contacted to arrange delivery, approximately 7 days after placing your order.

If any items you order are not available we will use the telephone or email details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed.

Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 6pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified but we will always call the day before to arrange a delivery slot, which will be either a morning or an afternoon.

Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to the room of your choice.

We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.

Delivery is available to all UK and Eire addresses with the exception of the Scottish Isles. Deliveries will be made by our approved delivery partner, Home Delivery Solutions (HDS).

At the point of delivery the driver will check the product against the delivery note for content and appearance. A signature on the Delivery Note will be requested as proof of receipt during all deliveries. You then have a period of 72 hours to ensure the goods are fit for purpose and you will have no recourse after the 72 hour period expires.

We will have made every reasonable effort to ensure that your items arrive as you expect and fit for purpose.

Our returns policy - terms and conditions

  • All Orders that are made to measure to your requirements will not be exchanged or refunded and you will have agreed to this when completing your order online.
  • In certain situations it may be necessary for us to cancel your order. This may be due to a production issue with our manufacturing plant, or other circumstances outside of our control. In the event of this occurring we will notify you via e-mail and re-credit any money debited at order placement.
  • We will not be liable for any compensation payment in the event of order cancellation by us.
  • On delivery of the Goods please check that the delivery boxes are in good condition. You must sign the courier’s delivery note and if damage has occurred ensure this is noted on accepting the goods. You have a period of 72 hours to check and inspect the goods and report any issues. We will not take any responsibility for goods damaged in transportation, which has not been signed for as ‘damaged’ or not reported back within the 72 hour timeframe.
  • Ownership & title of the goods will pass to you upon delivery.
